Returns & Exchanges

At Merch, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
